DEMONSTRATION DAYS
In the spring and fall, I host special Demonstration Days at my studio. You will have the opportunity to see first hand how I create with various media, get tips and ideas on creative ways to display art in your home and all sorts of other inspiring demonstrations. Ordering from my website

ONLINE SHOPPING CART allows you to use PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Your order goes into my email immediately and I will send you a personal acknowledgement as soon as I open it. I will confirm your order and let you know when I will be shipping it.

PHONE ORDERS allow you to call the studio with your order and pay by Visa, Mastercard or check. You can arrange for shipping or pick up.

STUDIO PURCHASES allow you to view art at the studio before you make your selection. Payment options include; Visa, Mastercard, Check or Cash.

WEDMORE PLACE & WHITE DOG SHOWROOMS allow you to see the painting, go online to order and pay, then pick up at the show location. To make a purchase from one of these exhibits, use the exhibit link to select the work of art, pay online, print your receipt, then present it when you are ready to pick up your art. SPECIAL FINANCING OPTIONS allow you to pay for large ticket items with monthly payments to a Visa or Mastercard. I am happy to discuss how this works and what kind of payment plan would work best for you. Call me at the studio with your questions 804-725-1183.

Shipping
I take every care to create and package your artwork as if I are sending it as a gift to a dear friend. I hope you will enjoy my art for many years to come. I ship via Fed EX Ground on larger items, and USPS Priority on small items. Please include your telephone when you place an order, so that I may contact you if there is a question.

ITEMS WITH GLASS
I can ship items under glass if they are 16 x 20 or smaller. These smaller items can be bubble wrapped sufficiently to protect them from breakage. For items larger than this, I usually recommend plexiglass or pick up.

Large Items
I have been shipping large paintings for many years. My husband helps to crate these. We have shipped even canases as large as 4 by 5 feet many times without a problem. FedEX Ground handles these with great success ~ at a very reasonable cost.

Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please call me immediately. Do not return the package to the shipper without contacting me first. I will discuss your situation with you and help you decide the best way to proceed.

Returns & Exchanges
You have seven days to return your item for a full refund or exchange it for a different item. Please call for instructions on how to proceed. Do not ship items without authorization.
